Our Vision

We are pleased to have this opportunity to present such an inspirational piece or work- The Shepherd. We hope to one day have the privilege of promoting this painted work through television where it will be further exposed to an even broader audience. This inspirational work brings both comfort and encouragement to the viewer, vividly depicting the Heavenly Father’s tender love and mercy.

Being a full-time homemaker for 21 years and having managed a home-based small business since August 1996, Sophia Yu has understood the necessity of applying the principles of Proverbs 31 to her life in blessing the family and thriving in business. Because of the Lord’s daily provision, as a Shepherd, He leads us in lives of thanksgiving and unending joy. As a woman of Chinese cultural background, Sophia has seen that there is a great need for Chinese women to have access to Christian Channels in Chinese dialects.

Chinese culture is deeply rooted in a tradition bound to worshiping idols, materialism, money, power, position, etc… all to the neglect of the family and family values. Many Chinese women are being abused mentally and physically, negatively influencing the children of the Chinese community. This leaves us with many broken families and relationships. Through Christ’s faithfulness, Sophia has been blessed by the TV broadcasting ministry. Being that she is a busy housewife and businesswoman, the Christian TV programs are very convenient and beneficial.

Sophia is fortunate to have access to these truths here in the states yet those who are overseas in China, Taiwan, and throughout the Far East are awfully limited in their exposure to these truths. They don’t have the luxury of 24-hour access to Christian programming to guide, instruct, and encourage them through life. Television ministries have the potential to be very effective methods for the proclamation of the gospel and the equipping of believers. May we be unified under the same faith, the same love, the same hope we have in Christ, to spread the glorious gospel of our great God to the ends of the earth.

Pray for us and help us begin this journey. Our goal is to have Chinese folk Christian music, Biblical preaching in Chinese on CD, Christian artwork, etc… and an exclusive Chinese Christian TV channel broadcasted worldwide in several Chinese dialects.
